Filled with small, practical items such as toiletries, stationery, and clothing, individually-wrapped boxes have been distributed in schools, hospitals, orphanages and care homes, and to households in very low income communities.  Many boxes have gone to people affected by the war in Ukraine.

Please take a leaflet at the back of the church and fill a shoebox for someone in need this Christmas.  We have a number of boxes available, or if you have your own, please wrap this and fill with items detailed in the leaflet at the back of the church.

The boxes will need to filled and returned to church no later than Sunday 9th November. They will be collected by Blythswood for processing and shipping on Monday 3rd November. If you are unable to fill a whole box, you can bring new items to be added to the boxes. You can also donate online at
